Welcome to APEC-CS 2027

Message from the General Co-Chairs

On behalf of the Organizing Committee and Technical Program Committee, it is our distinct privilege to welcome you to the 32nd Asia-Pacific & International Conference on Communications, Computing and Environmental Intelligence (APEC-CS 2027), held on the landmark campus of Khalifa University of Science and Technology in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Since its inaugural edition in 1993, this conference has stood as an authoritative international gathering for telecommunication engineers, computer scientists, and systems researchers across the Asia-Pacific basin and worldwide. Today, as computing and communications systems intersect with the global imperatives of environmental sustainability and physical artificial intelligence, APEC-CS 2027 bridges the gap between deep mathematical foundations and impactful societal applications.

The technical program will encompass five regular research tracks and two specialized sessions covering 6G semantic networks, low-carbon computing infrastructures, post-quantum security, and multimodal agentic intelligence. In addition, we are honored to host four world-class plenary lectures, interactive workshop colloquia, and an enriching cultural social banquet in historic Abu Dhabi.

We look forward to your active paper contributions, fruitful technical exchanges, and in-person fellowship this coming November.
