The UAE offers straightforward entry regulations. If your nationality requires a pre-arranged entry visa, follow these instructions to receive an official institutional letter of invitation from Khalifa University.

Required Information for Official Invitation Letters:

Full legal name matching international passport
Passport number, issue date, and expiration date (valid for at least 6 months)
Valid Paper ID (for authors) or Registration Confirmation Code
Official institutional affiliation and billing address

Letters are generated in signed PDF format with institutional seal within 2 business days of request submission to secretariat@apec-cs2027.org.
