Submission Guidelines

Everything you need to format, prepare, and submit your manuscript through the EDAS conference portal.

All manuscripts for Regular Tracks and Special Sessions must be submitted electronically via the EDAS platform before the deadline.

Format Your Paper

Manuscripts must be in standard IEEE double-column US Letter format. Regular papers must not exceed 6 pages including figures, tables, and references.

Submit on EDAS

Create an account on EDAS, register paper title, author list, abstract, and select the primary technical track before uploading the PDF file.

Peer Review & Camera-Ready

Each submission receives at least 3 double-blind reviews from international TPC experts. Accepted papers must pass IEEE PDF eXpress validation.

Submission Policies

Peer Review Policy

APEC-CS 2027 uses a rigorous peer review model. Authors should make reasonable efforts to prevent identity leaks in preliminary citations where necessary.

Originality & IEEE CrossCheck

Submissions must be original work not concurrently under review or published elsewhere. All submissions are automatically screened via IEEE CrossCheck.

Generative AI Disclosure

In alignment with IEEE guidelines, generative AI tools (LLMs) may be utilized for copy-editing assistance with proper acknowledgment in the manuscript.

No-Show Policy

At least one author must register and present the paper during the technical sessions in Abu Dhabi (or via sanctioned hybrid link) for IEEE Xplore indexing.

Publication & Indexing

Conference Proceedings in IEEE Xplore

Following rigorous peer review by international experts, all accepted and presented papers will be submitted for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and submitted for comprehensive indexing.
