About APEC-CS 2027

Discover the legacy, academic mission, and institutional partnership underpinning the 32nd Edition.

Academic Mission & Scope

The The 32nd Asia-Pacific & International Conference on Communications, Computing and Environmental Intelligence (APEC-CS 2027) has served for more than three decades as the premier forum in the Asia-Pacific region for presenting fundamental discoveries, experimental prototypes, and industrial deployments in communications and information processing.

As wireless communication technologies advance beyond 5G toward 6G, systems are increasingly driven by physical artificial intelligence, multimodal reasoning, and deep distributed computation. Concurrently, global imperatives require that next-generation computing infrastructures minimize energy footprints and actively contribute to environmental monitoring and sustainability.

APEC-CS 2027 brings together leading theorists, experimentalists, hardware engineers, and domain specialists from academia, government research centers, and international industry consortia.

01

Theoretical Rigor

Uncompromising peer-review standards led by international TPC members ensuring only high-quality, scientifically sound papers are accepted.

02

Environmental Responsibility

A pioneering track focused specifically on green communication, ambient zero-energy computing, and environmental telemetry systems.

03

Global Networking

Extensive mentoring breakfasts for graduate students, industry exhibition booths, and cultural fellowship in Abu Dhabi.

Welcome to APEC-CS 2027

Message from the General Co-Chairs

On behalf of the Organizing Committee and Technical Program Committee, it is our distinct privilege to welcome you to the 32nd Asia-Pacific & International Conference on Communications, Computing and Environmental Intelligence (APEC-CS 2027), held on the landmark campus of Khalifa University of Science and Technology in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Since its inaugural edition in 1993, this conference has stood as an authoritative international gathering for telecommunication engineers, computer scientists, and systems researchers across the Asia-Pacific basin and worldwide. Today, as computing and communications systems intersect with the global imperatives of environmental sustainability and physical artificial intelligence, APEC-CS 2027 bridges the gap between deep mathematical foundations and impactful societal applications.

The technical program will encompass five regular research tracks and two specialized sessions covering 6G semantic networks, low-carbon computing infrastructures, post-quantum security, and multimodal agentic intelligence. In addition, we are honored to host four world-class plenary lectures, interactive workshop colloquia, and an enriching cultural social banquet in historic Abu Dhabi.

We look forward to your active paper contributions, fruitful technical exchanges, and in-person fellowship this coming November.
