Author Registration Notice: Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered at the Author Rate (IEEE Member, Non-Member, or Student Author) before November 05, 2027. One registration covers up to two accepted papers by the same author.

Registration payments are processed securely in USD through the official registration gateway:
- Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB accepted with zero surcharge.
- Institutional Bank Wire Transfer: Universities and corporate research centers may request formal pro-forma invoices by emailing
secretariat@apec-cs2027.org.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations received in writing before October 25, 2027 will be refunded minus a $100 administrative processing fee. After October 25, 2027, no refunds can be issued. Author registrations are non-refundable once paper has been entered into IEEE Xplore production.
Substitutions of registered attendees from the same research laboratory or institution are permitted at any time without administrative fees.
