Guidelines for Extended Manuscript Submissions
Eligibility & Selection Criteria
Invitations are issued exclusively by the TPC Co-Chairs and Lead Guest Editors based on average reviewer scores and presentation feedback during technical sessions.
- Top 15% rated conference papers across all 5 regular tracks and 2 special sessions.
- Original paper must be officially registered and presented in Abu Dhabi.
Technical Expansion Requirements
Per IEEE and Elsevier publication ethics, journal submissions must incorporate at least 40% new technical material not appearing in the conference proceedings.
- Extended mathematical proofs, larger empirical benchmarks, or new testbed traces.
- Explicit citation to the conference version in the introduction section.
